Super-cheap hotel room deals in Australia and NZ - but be quick

The lifting of Covid-19 restrictions has seen several accommodation providers in Australia and New Zealand launch special deals.

One of the best is from Travelodge Hotels, part of the TFE Hotels group, which is offering room from just $99 per night with a number of extras.




You'll need to be quick to book, however, as the deals end at 10am this Wednesday. When I checked there appeared to be plenty of vacancies in July and August.

Rooms are $99 per night including a late check-out until 1pm and free high-speed wifi.

Guests can choose from 18 locations across Australia and New Zealand and can cancel up to 2pm, one day before you're due to arrive, with a free cancellation policy.

Sydney, Melbourne, Newcastle, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, Rockhampton and Darwin are all featured in Australia, along with Wellington and Auckland in New Zealand.
