Wine & Cheese Fest hits Sydney for the first time
Melbourne's popular Wine & Cheese Fest is coming to Sydney for the first time.
The event will be held on Saturday, April 11, at Carriageworks, Eveleigh, with over 50 artisan wine and cheese producers on hand, free tastings and masterclasses.
Guests will get free wine glasses, a free tote bag and enjoy live entertainment.
Producers will come from New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and New Zealand.
Exhibitors include Allandale Wines, Innocent Bystander and Hungerford Hill.
The full program will be announced closer to the event, but classes will include winemaking talks, wine and cheese pairing and cheese-making demonstrations. All-day entertainment will add to the vibe with live music, DJs and roving artists.
There will be two sessions on offer: lunchtime until mid-afternoon and mid-afternoon until evening (12pm-3,30pm and 4pm-7.30pm). General admission costs $59 plus booking fee.
