Gourmet Cambodia - from the inside

If you really want to discover the best of Cambodia and its unique cuisine then two Cambodian residents are running the ultimate insiders' tour later this year.

 

The Temples and Tastings small-group tour is being hosted and organized by a charming and knowledgeable duo in cookbook author Robert Carmack and textile designer Morrison Polkinghorne, who moved from Australia to live in Cambodia and run their Globetrotting Gourmet Business from the city of Battambang. 

"Cambodia is where we live, and south-east Asia is what we know best," say the duo, who promise the tour will feature "delicious food, delightful company, decorative design and deluxe accommodation". 

The 11-day, 10-night trip starts in Phom Penh and finishes in Siem Riep and runs from August 18-28.
