Calling all meat and wine lovers

So you like your meat red, and your wines Barossa bold?

If so, time is running out to enjoy a collaboration between Botswana Butchery and Barossa winery St Hallett.

The combo is offering Sydney and Melbourne food and wine lovers a special dining experience but the St Hallett x Botswana Butchery: Masters Series concludes on Sunday, December 18.

Culinary director Angel Fernandez has selected some of Botswana Butchery’s signature dishes for a matched menu paired with premium St Hallett wines.

The wines featured in the Masters Series dining experience includes the Butcher’s Cart Shiraz 2019, Higher Earth Shiraz 2018, Blackwell Shiraz 2019 and from this year’s vintage release collection, the Old Block Shiraz 2018.

The wines have been selected by winemaker Helen McCarthy.

The four-course menu costs $180 and $250 matched with the St Hallett wines. The rules stipulate that the everyone at the table must participate - which seems a little rude.
